So my eating habits. Not so great. A little bit better than my blogging habits but still! Lately I have been indulging on a regular basis. And when they say indulge they usually mean something you do every once in a while. So I am making changes! I am going to stop drinking caffeine (something I actually started about a month ago, I'm so proud of myself) and stop eating..........sugar. Natural sugar? You're ok. Jelly beans, gummy bears, churros, etc. You're outta here.
And I don't say this to put myself up on a pedestal. No, I don't. I'm doing it for a certain reason. And that reason is: today I had jelly beans for breakfast for probably the 8th time in the past two weeks. And by lunch time I was shaking, dizzy and all around, not a happy camper. And it kinda scared me. So I'm going to eat really yummy foods that are a little bit better for me. A little bit. Dont expect me to just jump into the deep end, here, people.

Which brings me to another point? During the Winter Olympics (which I LOVE), they show these McDonald's commercials with the athletes all eating McDonalds and stuff...really? You think highly trained, fine-tuned machines like Olympians are going to eat McDonalds? Probably not.
